This week has been the most difficult. For the most part my positive mood continued throughout the week. I had a couple of moments where I just wasn’t having any fun. But, they passed quickly. And it was usually around meal time when I just wasn’t in the mood for what I had planned. No bloating this week which was great! I felt super light and fresh. No heavy feeling after meals. Ultimate Reset: Day 21

Recap: Oh my goodness…. it’s finally here!!! The last day of my Ultimate Reset! Whew! It has been quite the journey! I have been vegan (except for a piece of bread) for the last 17 days! It might not sound like much, but it was a pretty big deal for me. I’ve never even spent an entire day as a vegan before this program! Even when I was a vegetarian, I still ate eggs and cheese. Recap: Today has been an “off” day for me. I didn’t sleep well last night and am just feeling kind of blah… I didn’t want to eat all of that fruit, so I blended it into a smoothie. It was a weird texture so I ended up hardly drinking any of it. By the time lunch rolled around, I just wanted some soup. I’ve been feeling cold and puny so I stopped at Panera and got the soup and salad combo. I went with the Seasonal Greens salad which is just lettuces, tomato, onion, and cucumber. Recap: Feeling awesome today! I just love how my mood has been over the last 19 days! I’m very interested to see how I adjust to adding things back to my diet. I’m willing to completely eliminate certain foods if they make me feel bad. It’s just not worth it to feel sluggish and worn out all the time. Recap: Since dinner wasn’t as much as I was supposed to eat, I woke up hungry. Luckily, the fruit hit the spot and filled me up until about 11. I started feeling hungry before lunch, but chugged some water and it subsided. I’ve been craving pasta with marinara all day. Before I started this program, I was sure I would crave meat.
