Recap: Today has been an “off” day for me. I didn’t sleep well last night and am just feeling kind of blah… I didn’t want to eat all of that fruit, so I blended it into a smoothie. It was a weird texture so I ended up hardly drinking any of it. By the time lunch rolled around, I just wanted some soup. I’ve been feeling cold and puny so I stopped at Panera and got the soup and salad combo. I went with the Seasonal Greens salad which is just lettuces, tomato, onion, and cucumber. But, that garden veggie soup is what I was after! I ordered it without pesto, so it was vegan. I don’t feel too bad about stopping for fast food. After all, the whole point of this program is to learn how to fuel my body with fresh, clean foods. I’d say I made a pretty good choice. However, I did eat the small piece of bread they gave me… I asked them not to give it to me, but she put it in there anyway. I should have just thrown it away, but it was still warm and fresh. Oh well… a piece of bread isn’t going to kill me. Tonight we celebrated a friend’s birthday. We went to Whitey’s fish camp. I drank water all night while everyone else was drinking. I ordered the sweet potato fries and a salad for dinner. I really wanted some seafood, but like I’ve said before, I’m committed to giving this my best shot. Just because it’s almost over doesn’t mean I can go wild.
Breakfast: Mango and strawberries blended in a smoothie with a sliced pear.
Lunch: Seasonal salad and garden veggie soup from Panera.
Snack: None.
Dinner: Salad and sweet potato fries.
Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Revitalize, Power Greens, Soothe.
Mood: Pretty good.
