Recap: Feeling awesome today! I just love how my mood has been over the last 19 days! I’m very interested to see how I adjust to adding things back to my diet. I’m willing to completely eliminate certain foods if they make me feel bad. It’s just not worth it to feel sluggish and worn out all the time. Since I started the Reset, I haven’t had that afternoon slump. My energy has been pretty even throughout the day. There have been moments where I’m hungry or grumpy, but it passes quickly. The food has been delicious, but I find myself struggling to stick to the planned meals for this week. I’m totally burnt out on salads for lunch. I’d much rather have something warm.
Confession time… I ate some vegan coconut milk ice cream because I was totally PMSing and I needed something sweet. I’m not gonna lie, it was sinfully delicious and I didn’t even feel bad. It wasn’t on plan, but I’m super proud of myself for reaching for something that was somewhat healthy. It could’ve been so much worse!
Breakfast: Fruit – pear and mango.
Lunch: Roasted spaghetti squash with EVOO.
Dinner: Roasted sweet potato chips and cucumber tomato salad.
Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Revitalize, Power Greens, Soothe.
