Ultimate Reset: Day 17


Recap: Whew!!! It’s the final countdown!!! I am really excited to not have to take all these freaking pills! 5 more days! Today was kind of a weird day. We made an unplanned trip after work, so I didn’t really have time to eat dinner ahead of time. We didn’t get home until 9pm, but instead of stopping at a fast food restaurant like I normally would have, I made my sweet potato as soon as I got home. I was pretty light headed and tired, but I stayed on track! I ate a pear while my potato was cooking because I could tell my blood sugar was low and I was getting hangry. I also wasn’t wasting any time taking a picture of my sweet potato.


Breakfast: Fruit – Blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and kiwi.

Lunch: Salad with avocado and ginger dressing.

Snack: None.

Dinner: Roasted sweet potato & a pear.

Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Revitalize, Power Greens, Soothe.

Mood: Awesome!!
