Recap: I’m still loving the fruit in the morning, but I decided to jazz it up a little bit. Haha! I’m craving peaches and my grocery store doesn’t have any!! So, pears, mango, and berries it is. I spent most of the day at home and found myself craving some snacks. I allowed myself to have some fruit in the afternoon because it was exactly what I was craving. I figure if I’m craving healthy foods, it’s probably okay to let myself have a little bit. Maybe not 100% on plan, but it could have been much worse! Went grocery shopping today. I picked up a few things for Steve that I normally would have a hard time staying away from, but I didn’t even think about them after they went in the fridge. That’s another huge WIN!!! All in all, it was a great weekend. I felt deprived here and there, but for the most part I was in a great mood.
Breakfast: Fruit – mango, pear, strawberries, and blueberries.
Lunch: Salad with avocado and ginger dressing.
Snack: Pineapple and blackberries.
Dinner: Roasted sweet potato with red onions and broccoli.
