Recap: I slept really well last night! I could have kept sleeping if it weren’t a work day! It’s Cinco de Mayo and I really wanted some tacos!!! I made a pretty acceptable version of a taco salad for lunch. It was just romaine, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and about a quarter cup of black beans and corn. I can’t wait to have some healthy tacos again.
I was pretty worried about how the Detox supplement was going to affect me. So far it’s been super gentle and predictable. I was expecting to be spending a lot of time in the bathroom or running toward one. The only reason I’m running to any bathroom is because of all this water I’m drinking!! Anyway, I don’t mind actually taking the Detox. It is a weird texture, but it tastes okay. I think it actually helps me feel a little bit more full between meals. BUT…. I think that it makes me a little bloated. I’ve been trying to push a bunch of water into my system, but it’s freaking exhausting. Water has always been a huge struggle for me. I’ve done way better during this Reset than I have in the past, so I’m pretty proud of myself for that.
Breakfast: Fruit – pear, blackberries, and strawberries.
Lunch: “Taco” salad.
Dinner: Black beans and rice.
Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Detox, Power Greens, Soothe.
