Recap: Woohoo! More than halfway there! The last 12 days have felt like the longest in my life! Not necessarily in a bad way, but it’s definitely passing by slowly. Today was a cloudy day here and all I wanted was some warm, comfort food. I think I’ve been craving warm stuff because my body temp is a little lower than normal and it’s also freezing in my office. Mid day salads are perfect for a hot day, but it’s a little cool today. So, I opted for the quinoa lentil pilaf AGAIN! I love it, but I think I’m getting sick of it.
I’ve been having some cravings for things that aren’t on the plan, but are definitely healthy foods. Not junk food cravings. I can walk past a candy dish without a second glance but I’d kill for some 21 Day Fix cheesecake!!! Or a flatbread pizza… I’m dedicated to finishing the full 21 days without falling off track, but I’m really looking forward to adding some foods back in. I’m definitely itching for the finish line!!
Breakfast: Fruit plate with pear, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Lunch: Quinoa lentil pilaf.
Snack: Shakeology pudding.
Dinner: Baked sweet potato with sauteed peppers and onions.
Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Detox, Power Greens, Soothe.
