Recap: Okay, I’m starting to get a little sick of the salads now. I’m surprised it took this long honestly. I really just want some warm, comforting food. But, I know that I’m just associating my food with feelings instead of fuel. I do miss having eggs and wheat toast. I think that’s what I’m looking forward to most about my post-Reset life. Oh, and coffee. But, not coffee like I used to drink it. I don’t want to RELY on caffeine, I just want the warm, rich taste of coffee. Breakfast was good. I want to switch it up tomorrow though. I need some different fruit. Lunch was good, but I was kinda blah about it. I gave myself some extra avocado to help me feel better about it. I forgot my snack, so I went without. I ended up making some caffiene-free mint tea and it hit the spot. By dinner time I was pretty hungry. I opted for the pilaf again and added in some extra veggies and an orange on the side. It was perfect!
Breakfast: Fruit bowl with mango, blueberries, and raspberries.
Lunch: Spinach salad with avocado.
Dinner: Quinoa Lentil Pilaf with a naval orange.
