Recap: It felt really good to get back on track after missing supplements and meals yesterday. It was also my first full day on the detox supplement. Not as bad as I was expecting!! It reminds me of the fiber drink that comes with the 3 Day Refresh, but it doesn’t get thick like that. Food today was great! I actually really loved the flavor of the sweet potatoes with red peppers. I might try the soup tomorrow, but I was definitely not feeling it tonight! I’ve read that this cleanse is just as emotional as it is physical. But, I haven’t really experienced any negative or unresolved emotions. I am a little cranky about taking all of the supplements. But, other than that I’ve felt amazing so far! I can definitely see myself eating a lot of this food after the Reset ends. I do miss meat and cheese sometimes, but I can most definitely live without it!
Small win – I cooked some really delicious looking ribeyes for the husband last night and wasn’t tempted one bit! Usually I would eat half of one, but I really wasn’t tempted.
Tip: With the detox supplement, you need to stir it right up until you drink it. It separates fast! I use about 6 ounces of water and chug it quickly. You will want to drink plenty of water while taking this one because it’s basically just fiber!
Breakfast: Fruit plate with pears, blueberries, and strawberries.
Lunch: Baby greens salad with avocado.
Snack: Carrots and cucumbers.
Dinner: Roasted sweet potatoes, red peppers, and asparagus.
