Recap: I didn’t sleep quite as deep as I have the past few nights, but I woke up early and felt wide awake. I feel really bloated today for some reason. Maybe all of the carbs I ate last night? I’m hoping that it’s just my body adjusting and it will be gone tomorrow. I also had a teeny bit of a headache in the morning, but it went away by lunch. I haven’t really experienced the fatigue or body aches that I expected based on other reviews. I think that has made it easier to deal with. When I’m not feeling great, I tend to reach for comfort foods.
Surprisingly, I’m not having any food cravings. We even had a birthday celebration at the office with cake and ice cream. I ate my yogurt and berries and it was just fine. Everything looked and smelled delicious, but I didn’t feel deprived one bit. WIN!
Breakfast: Fruit plate with pear, strawberries, blackberries, and kiwi.
Lunch: Greek Salad.
Snack: Greek yogurt with berries.
Dinner: Veggie stirfry with brown rice.
Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Power Greens, Soothe.
Mood: Really good! Super smiley today!!
