Recap: I slept soooo well last night. It’s weird because I woke up a few times during the night, but I feel like I got some really good, deep sleep. No headache today!! I’m getting into the routine of taking my morning supplements and drinking water first thing. I didn’t miss my coffee this morning! The oatmeal was very satisfying! It didn’t make me feel heavy and it was just the right amount! I’m not gonna lie… I woke up thinking about my dinner from last night. That veggie taco is so delish! Breakfast kept me full until lunch. But, lunch was waaaaay too much. I ate all of my salad but could only eat a few bites of the lentil salad. I gotta say, I’m a little disappointed with the lentil salad. I think I put too much cumin in it and I just don’t love the flavor. I think I’ll try it again, but tweak it a little bit so that it has less cumin and cilantro. My snack and dinner were awesome though! Satisfying and delicious! I haven’t had any late night hunger pangs which is GREAT!
Tip: Use less water than called for with the Power Greens. Taking it as a small shot makes it way easier to drink! 4-6 ounces of water is almost excruciating if you don’t like the taste.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apples and 1tsp maple syrup.
Lunch: Lentil lime salad and baby greens salad.
Snack: Greek yogurt with 1 cup strawberries.
Dinner: Southwest veggie taco with mashed avocado and 1 corn tortilla.
Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Power Greens, Soothe.
Mood: Great! Things that normally get under my skin are mild annoyances today! That’s a WIN!
