Ultimate Reset: Day 1

Recap: I woke up with a slight headache that carried over from last night, but it was gone by lunch time. I have not felt hungry at all today. I actually couldn’t even finish my lunch because it was too much food! I really like the Greek salad dressing! It’s super yummy and fresh! The power greens are awful. I took it like a shot and it still tasted nasty. But, it’s just once a day so it’s tolerable. One thing that is strange for me is drinking so much water and not drinking with meals. I’m drinking water 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after meals. It’s not terrible, just weird.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 cup spinach, 1 piece whole grain toast.

Lunch: Baby greens salad with Greek dressing, 1 serving of lentil lime salad.

Snack: 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup raspberries.

Dinner: Salmon with roasted asparagus and potatoes.

Daily Supplements: Mineralize, Optimize, Power Greens, Soothe.

Mood: Great! I feel a little tired from lack of caffeine, but otherwise I feel happy!
