The biggest struggle my clients seem to have is coming up with a meal plan that isn’t boring. So, I’ve developed some weekly meal plans for my clients. And WOW!! These have been a serious game changer!
Not only do I provide a simple plan for each meal of the week, I also give you the recipes and a shopping list! So simple! I’ve taken all of the guess work out of it, so all you have to do is follow it!
I have developed FOUR weekly meal plans for you to choose from! That’s an entire month of meals that you don’t have to think about! Check out some of the meals included in my meal plans below! They are super yummy, easy to make, and family friendly!
The week 1 menu features: French toast, chunky monkey icecream, chicken noodle soup, mac n cheese, stuffed peppers, pizza, caprese chicken, beef and broccoli, burrito bowls, bbq chicken salad and more!!
The week 2 menu features: Chicken cordon bleu, beef stew, brownies, chicken parmesan spaghetti squash, egg salad, cheesy ranch chicken, chicken alfredo and more!!
The week 3 menu featured: Steak fajitas, pulled pork with coleslaw, cobb salad, cheesy macaroni bake, Mediterranean chicken pasta, honey garlic shrimp, General Tso’s chicken with fried rice, shrimp tacos, cheesecake and more!!
