Can you believe Summer is almost over?? Pretty soon kids will be back in school and it will be business as usual! Summer is probably the hardest time to stay on track with a fitness routine. Between barbecues, vacations, and lazy beach days, it’s understandable that a lot of people will get off track.
Well, it’s time to recommit to your health and fitness! Starting on August 15th, I’m co-hosting a 30-day Back to School, Back to Fitness challenge group and YOU’RE INVITED!!
Challenge groups are an essential part of your success. Now, some of you, when you hear the word “challenge” might get a little nervous and run the other way… But, it’s not a competition (unless you want it to be with yourself). It’s a way to challenge yourself to fully commit for the full 30 days and reach your fitness goals and dreams. Whether your goal is losing 5 pounds or 100 pounds, eat healthier and more clean, become more toned, or just become stronger… Whatever your goals may be, a challenge group is for YOU!
