The last few days of this round of 21 Day Fix are on the books! I didn’t finish quite as strong as I wanted on Sunday, but I still did pretty okay.
Friday was a great day and I really felt strong during my cardio workout! It is one of my least favorites, but I always feel great about myself after I finish it! I am noticing improvements in the quality and quantity of the exercises I can do. Saturday was a rainy day, so I got my workout out of the way first thing and then spent the rest of the day organizing my “junk” room and getting rid of somethings. I also did some cleaning and spent most of the day on my feet. Sunday was a nice, lazy morning that included sleeping in, Yoga, and making breakfast. We went out in the Jeep Sunday afternoon and I spent the majority of the afternoon climbing hills and walking around snapping pics of everyone. It was a pretty active weekend! But, after all that time outside and walking around, the LAST thing I wanted to do was cook. So, we stopped at Arby’s for dinner. I don’t even feel bad about it! I have been working so hard the last three weeks that I allowed myself to slip. But, I’m right back at it tomorrow! No excuses!

Breakfast: Vegan Chocolate Shakeology w/ banana.
Lunch: Shrimp tostadas.
Snack: Carrot sticks and cucumber slices.
Dinner: Scrambled egg with 1 slice of 21 DF french toast.
Dessert: Raspberry “cheesecake”.

Lunch: Grilled chicken with broccoli and green beans.
Snack: Navel Orange.
Dinner: Chicken burrito bowl w/ rice and black beans.
Dessert: Raspberry “cheesecake”.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs w/ bacon & navel orange.
Lunch: Missed lunch today. 😦
Dinner: Chicken sandwich with fries.
