Today was my birthday and I knew I’d be indulging this evening to celebrate. So, I kept it super simple and healthy. I even made sure to do my workout before going out! And I did a water challenge. Woohoo!!! It felt so good to stay (mostly) on track!
Today’s meal plan included:
Breakfast: Cafe latte Shakeology.
Lunch: Diced rotisserie chicken with steamed broccoli & green beans.
Snack: Navel Orange.
Dinner: Greek salmon with french fries, mac & cheese, and a glass of wine. Not too bad! – Not going to bother trying to calculate this, I’m just going to call it a cheat meal. 😉
