Day 16: 21 Day Bikini Bootcamp

Day 16! Wow!! There are just 5 short days left in this round! Time really does fly when you’re having fun!

Today’s workout is upper fix again and I think I am ready to increase my weights! This is always an exciting thing!! Sure, it hurts the first couple of times, but nothing feels better than getting stronger!

I have been going back to drinking my Shakeology every single day now that it’s getting warmer. I have a hard time drinking a cold shake when it’s cold outside. And since you’re really not supposed to heat it up, I just use the cold days to save my packets as samples for new customers. But, my goal is to drink it every day for the next 12 months. I know that it has some great benefits, and I have already experienced some, but I want to see for myself what a whole year of Shakeology does!

Today’s meal plan included:

eggs with sweet potato hash

Breakfast: Vegan chocolate shakeology w/ banana & almond butter. red purple tsp
Lunch: Sweet potato hash w/ scrambled eggs. red yellow green blue
Snack: Baby carrots. green
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken breast w/ green beans and sweet potato. red red yellow green
Dessert: Sliced strawberries w/ honey. purple tsp

TOTALS:
