Happy Monday! I’m so glad it’s Monday! It’s soooo much easier to stay on track during the week!
We’re back to Total Body Cardio. Ugh… it’s a tough one, but we gotta do it! Since this is week 3 of our challenge group, we’ve decided to add 10 minute abs twice a week. 10 minutes doesn’t sound like a long time, but man this one seems like it lasts FOREVER!
There’s been some buzz in my group and it seems like people are seeing some results! So exciting!! I can’t wait to see what the final results look like!!
Today’s meal plan included:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shakeology.
Lunch: Leftover grilled chicken with broccoli, onions & peppers.
Snack: Edamame.
Dinner: Flatout pizza with ricotta and veggies.
Dessert: Mixed fruit with a drizzle of honey.
