We have officially hit the half way mark! Yesssss!!! I’m so excited to get feedback from my challengers saying that their clothes are fitting better and their friends are starting to notice positive changes. Speaking of positive changes, I’ve noticed some changes in my body as well. In addition to getting stronger and being able to hold a plank for the full minute every.single.time., I have noticed my clothes are fitting a little better! WOOHOO!
Today is Pilates day and I need this so much. I’ve really been pushing my body and the active recovery day is very welcome!
Nothing fancy this week for my meals, except I was craving a white pizza. So, I created a 21 day fix version that really hit the spot. It was deeeeelicious!
Today’s meal plan included:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shakeology.
Lunch: Ricotta and spinach flatbread pizza.
Snack: Greek yogurt with berries.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with whole wheat angel hair and broccoli.
Dessert: Navel Orange.
