Happy Hump Day, friends!!
Today is leg day again! Time to do some squats!!! I’ve started doing the “music off” version of my workouts this week and I have to say, I really love it! I created a few playlists depending on which workout I’m doing and I can tell that I push harder. Kinda funny, huh? I’m not a huge fan of rap music, but Lil Jon’s Get Low is super awesome for leg day!
Today was a great food day! I was craving some french toast like nobody’s business. I didn’t want just regular french toast, I wanted it stuffed with creamy deliciousness and strawberries. Cream cheese is usually the go-to for stuffed french toast, but it’s not @1 Day Fix approved, so I opted for ricotta cheese instead. The texture it a little different, but it was very satisfying and delicious! Definitely curbed that craving! Recipe is in the link below!
Today’s meal plan included:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shakeology.
Lunch: Turkey Taco Salad.
Snack: Greek yogurt with berries.
Dinner: Strawberry stuffed french toast!
