Day 8: 21 Day Bikini Bootcamp

Happy Monday!!!

You know what I love about Mondays? They are a brand new chance to get back on track if you’ve slipped and the perfect opportunity to make lots of healthy choices for the week. If you haven’t already, go ahead and prep some meal items to set yourself up for success!

I have some very exciting news to share!! One of my challengers lost 5 pounds in her first week on 21 Day Fix!!! How amazing is that??? Hard work and dedication truly does pay off!

We’re back to Total Body Cardio today and it felt soooo good to sweat! Each time I do these workouts I notice that I’m able to push just a little bit farther than the last time. I am able to increase my weights and reps. It feels great to have that kind of progress. I make it a point to not weigh during my 21 Day Fix rounds. I only weigh before and after. If I let myself step on that scale I become obsessed with the number. And at the end of the day, what really matters is how I feel and how my clothes fit. So, do yourself a favor and try to forget about the scale and just focus on getting stronger!

Lunch: Chicken fajita burrito bowl. red half red yellow green tsp
Snack: Mixed Berries. purple
Dinner: Philly chicken stuffed peppers. red half red yellow green green blue tsp
Dessert: Navel Orange. purple
