Day 6 & 7: 21 Day Bikini Bootcamp

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!! I sure did! I was very productive. I cleaned the house, went grocery shopping, and got some meal prep done!

I did allow myself a cheat meal on Sunday because I had been so good over the last week. But, I didn’t go overboard and I got right back on track the rest of the day. I also spent a lot of time outdoors and climbed hills and walked in addition to my workout. So, I’d say that’s not too bad for a weekend! Instead of sitting around mindlessly grazing and watching TV, I made healthier choices and stayed active!

Saturday’s workout was Dirty 30, which is a great all over workout of that uses multiple muscle groups at the same time. There is no cardio other than what is included in the warm-up, yet it still gets the heart pumping and the sweat flowing! It’s challenging ,but fun! Sunday was yoga day. I really needed to stretch out my sore muscles from this week. It felt so good. The yoga workout in 21 day fix is a great mix of Sun Salutations, balance poses, and stretching.

Saturday’s meal plan included:

Breakfast: Cottage cheese pancakes with sliced banana. red yellow purple tsp
Lunch: Chicken fajita burrito bowl. red half red green tsp
Snack: Navel orange. purple
Dinner: Turkey stuffed peppers. red half red yellow green green blue

Breakfast: Cheat meal – Pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs. red red yellow yellow blue
Lunch: Salad with mixed greens and lots of veggies. green green orange tsp
Snack: Sliced apple. purple
Dinner: Steak and green beans. red red green tsp
