Day 4: 21 Day Bikini Bootcamp

Hi everyone!

This week is flying by! It’s already day 4 and I can’t believe the weekend is almost here!

It’s Pilates day!!! Just in time too! This workout is an active recovery day, but it really helps loosen up those sore muscles while building core strength. Pilates is the only workout in the series that doesn’t focus on one minute exercises or repeated rounds. It also doesn’t have the heart pumping warm-up that the others have. Pilates Fix is entirely floor work and is a nice change of pace.

I had another great food day. Got in all my containers and zero cheats! Although I did have Fix approved cheesecake for breakfast that felt like a cheat meal! This program is so awesome because I am not limited to “traditional” diet foods. In fact, this isn’t really a diet at all. It’s just portion-controlled clean eating. My food options are only limited by my own imagination. The food on this program is never boring and always delicious!

Today’s meal plan included:

Breakfast: Raspberry cheesecake. red purple tsp
Lunch: Sriracha chicken nachos (recipe coming, needs tweaking). red half red yellow green blue tsp
Snack: Sliced cucumber. green
Dinner: Turkey burrito bowl . red half red yellow green
Dessert: Sliced kiwi & peanuts. purple orange
