Day 3: 21 Day Bikini Bootcamp

Hi everyone!

Whew! I am sore today!!! If you’re following along with me, you’re probably feeling it too! Isn’t it funny how sometimes after a great workout you don’t feel the soreness until a couple of days later? Well, it hit me today. I am so glad today is leg day so I can work out some of that lactic acid and get some relief tomorrow!

Today’s 21DF workout is called Lower Body Fix. I love leg day because it works the biggest muscles on our bodies. The more muscle we have, the more calories our bodies naturally burn AT REST! Score!! Lower Body Fix is a great combo of squats and weight lifting. I really love that the squats are all different and designed to work different parts of the muscles.

My food was on point again today. No slips and no desire to cheat! I did use the last of my Baked Chicken Fajitas that I prepped and that made me so sad. They are delicious and versatile! But, I made breakfast for dinner and that made me super happy. I don’t know about you, but I could eat breakfast for every meal of the day. It’s my favorite!

Today’s meal plan included:

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with sliced peaches and strawberries. red purple
Lunch: Chicken Fajita flat bread with cilantro lime yogurt sauce. red half red yellow green blue
Snack: Baby carrots and green olives. green orange
Dinner: Egg scramble and french toast with strawberries. red half red yellow green purple tsp tsp
