Day 2 of my 21 Day Bikini Bootcamp challenge group is complete! I’m feeling great! We have an awesome group of challengers and I can not wait to see their results!
Today’s 21DF workout is called Upper Body Fix. This is a really nice upper body workout that can easily be used as a second workout! It’s effective and fun. Upper Fix is a great combination of light weight lifting, body weight exercises, and ab work. I love this workout because it goes by so fast!
I had an AMAZING food day and crushed my workout!! I know I’ve said it before, but I absolutely love this program! It just clicks with me. I never feel deprived. Just look at this amazing food!!!!
Today’s meal plan included:
Breakfast: Cafe Latte Shakeology.
Lunch: Chicken Fajita tostadas.
Snack: Sliced strawberries.
Dinner: Spinach lasagna roll ups with broccoli.
Snack: Raspberry cheesecake.
