I first discovered the 21 Day Fix in May of 2014. I was in the throes of planning my wedding and happened to catch the infomercial for this program. I’m no stranger to Beachbody programs; I’ve dabbled in P90X, Turbo Fire, and Brazil Butt Lift. I was stuck in a plateau while trying to slim down before dress shopping.
The concept of color coded containers, no set meal plan, 30-minute workouts, and zero calorie counting has really worked for me. The workouts are super fun and the variety of REAL food is endless!
During my first two rounds I managed to lose 20 pounds and tons of inches! I’ve fallen off the wagon a few times and have slipped quite a bit since my honeymoon, but I still go back to this program. It’s time to really get serious and stick with it!
